PRIVACY POLICY

WHAT WE COLLECT

·Email address — collected when you join our waitlist or create an account.
·Payment information — processed exclusively by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, bank details, or CVV. Stripe may store payment tokens and billing address on our behalf, subject to their own privacy policy.
·Usage analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with the site. GA4 collects anonymised data including pages visited, session duration, and general geographic region. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics.
·IP address — logged temporarily by our infrastructure for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We do not link IP addresses to user identities.
·Account data — if you create an account, we store your email address, username, and a record of any entities you have summoned.

·To send you the updates you requested — waitlist notifications, summoning confirmations, and product announcements. We only send marketing emails to users who have explicitly opted in.
·To process payments and fulfil purchases via Stripe.
·To operate and improve the platform — understanding traffic patterns helps us fix problems and prioritise features.
·To enforce our Terms of Service and protect the integrity of the platform.

·We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
·We do not use your data to serve you third-party advertising.
·We do not share your data with any party except Stripe (for payment processing), Supabase (for database hosting), and Resend (for transactional email delivery) — all of whom process data strictly on our behalf.

·Access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
·Deletion — you may request that we delete your personal data. Accounts can be deleted by contacting us directly. Waitlist entries can be removed via the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us below.
·Correction — you may request that we correct inaccurate data.
·Portability — you may request your data in a machine-readable format.
·Objection — you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
·To exercise any of these rights, email bmartins.design@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

·We use a minimal set of cookies required for authentication and session management. Google Analytics 4 sets its own cookies for analytics purposes. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; this may affect site functionality.

·Waitlist emails are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
·Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account and up to 90 days after deletion.
·Payment records are retained as required by applicable financial regulations (typically 7 years).

·We are based in Brazil. Our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel) may process data in the United States and European Union. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
