THE SERVICE

·Sacred Be Our Club ("SBOC", "we", "us") operates the platform at sacredbeourclub.com, a digital collectible card game where users purchase Summoning Tokens and use them to permanently summon unique digital entities.
·By accessing or using the platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

·All purchases — Summoner Tier subscriptions, Founder Tier access, and any other token packages — grant you digital game content only. No physical goods are included unless explicitly stated.
·A Summoning Token is a single-use credit that lets you roll a unique entity. Once spent, a token cannot be refunded or reused.
·An Astral Profile is the permanent canonical record of a summoned entity. Once created, it is final and irreversible. No rerolls, modifications, or refunds are available after summoning completes.
·Digital content is tied to your account and is non-transferable unless SBOC introduces a transfer mechanism in a future product update.

·Subscriptions (Summoner Tier) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
·Founder Tier is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to Founder-level benefits as defined at the time of purchase.
·All payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
·Prices are shown in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
·Failed payments may result in suspension of token access until the outstanding balance is resolved.

·The Founder Tier is subject to a Kickstarter cutoff date. After that date, Founder Tier access will no longer be available at the introductory price or in its current form.
·The cutoff date is displayed on the platform. SBOC reserves the right to extend or adjust the cutoff date at its discretion, but will not move it earlier once published without 48 hours' notice.

·Unused Summoning Tokens may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided no summoning has been initiated.
·Once a Summoning Token has been used to initiate a summon — regardless of whether the session completed — no refund is available.
·Astral Profiles and summoned entities are non-refundable under any circumstances.
·Subscription charges that have already been billed are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
·To request a refund, contact bmartins.design@gmail.com with your order reference.

·You agree not to: attempt to manipulate the summoning engine, reverse-engineer or scrape the platform, impersonate other users or SBOC staff, use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to claim or register trademarks derived from entity names generated by our system.
·We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

·SBOC retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, game system, entity names, canonical lore, and all game content.
·You own the experience of your summoned entity and its associated Astral Profile within the context of the game. This does not constitute ownership of any underlying IP.
·Artist credits and artist rights (where applicable) are governed by separate artist agreements.

·The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific features will remain available indefinitely.
·Digital collectibles carry no guarantee of monetary value.

·To the maximum extent permitted by law, SBOC's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 90 days preceding the claim.
·We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

·These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

·We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
